  • For certain custom items or during peak seasons, processing times may vary slightly. You will be notified once your order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination:

  • Domestic (US/India): 5-12 business days (after processing)
  • International: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free shipping promotions on selected items or when orders meet a minimum amount.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment via the link provided.

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details or failure to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 2 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item remains unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: Returns for customized or made-to-order items are handled on a case-by-case basis due to their personalized nature.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods

3. Process for Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at vibestore@ooumph.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Once we review the claim, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

4. Refund Timeline

Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at vibestore@ooumph.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Return Policy 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Only items in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact will be accepted for return.
  • Certain items are non-returnable: These include clearance items, custom orders, and any items marked as final sale.
  • For hygiene reasons, personal items such as underwear, swimwear, and beauty products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all eligible returns.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only, which can be used on future purchases.
  • No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
  • Store credit will be issued within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

3. Damaged or defective items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items reported after this window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • We will inspect any reported damages, and if approved, a replacement will be sent. Refunds are not available for damaged goods.

4. Exchanges:

  • Items can only be exchanged for identical items in a different size or color, subject to availability. No exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day window.

5. Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Items damaged due to improper care or usage by the customer.
  • Items that show signs of wear or use.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
